A Day Well Spent
Wishing all my friends the best in this new year.
Mildly related, about eight years ago on school trip to New York I accidentally wandered into Chinatown during their huge Chinese New Year’s celebration. I bought this “beckoning cat” figurine, a sort of vague symbol for wealth and luck, and it had this message on the tag:
“FORTUNE CAT BRINGS YOU VERY BEST WISHES MAY HAPPITY & HAPPY HOCKS BE WITH YOU FOREVER”
So yeah, best wishes, happity, and happy hocks to you.
